Alanis Morissette Announces “Jagged Little Pill” 25th Anniversary Tour
“You Oughta Know” about Alanis Morissette’s 2020 tour!
The talented superstar singer has announced a 25th anniversary tour in celebration of her breakout album, 1995’s “Jagged Little Pill”.
Morissette will be joined on the road by fellow greats Garbage and Liz Phair. The tour kicks off in Portland, Oregon on June 2nd, and will run through July 25th with a final stop in Nashville, Tennessee. The tour includes a pass through metro Detroit on July 21st at DTE Energy Music Theatre. Presale for the tour will be available on December 10th at 11 AM local time, and general sale begins on December 13th, also at 11 AM local time. With each sale, fans will have instant downloadable access to Morissette’s new single, “Reasons I Drink”, as well as a digital download of her forthcoming new album. “Such Pretty Forks In The Road” is set to drop on May 1st, and will be her first album since 2012.
“Jagged Little Pill” nostalgia has been looming large with the album recently nabbing a Broadway adaptation. The musical of the same name debuts on December 5th in New York, and was written by Diablo Cody.
