Detroit favorites, Mr. Purps and the Absinthe Minded rocked the Maidstone Theatre in Ypsilanti on a snowy Saturday April 2nd. Lead singer, Charles Stephen Arnest brought raw vocals and endless guitar talent, over the band’s heavy, throwback-feel rhythm.
The trio recently released a new album, and are due to appear at a grunge-filled annual Nirvana tribute in Ypsilanti on April 8th.
