The Faint Release New Single, Announce Subsequent Tour

Omaha electro-pioneers, The Faint have released their latest single entitled “Young & Realistic”. The single is the band’s first since 2014’s LP, “Doom Abuse”, and is a reminder of all things grand about The Faint. It reflects a sound they’ve both touched on before (cue shades of 2008’s “The Geeks Were Right”), whilst simultaneously taking the band ever forward in a forward direction.

“CAPSULE: 1999-2016″ is both a look back at the last 17 years of Faint music, as well as a window into the future.
The brand new album will be released in CD and vinyl format. The two-disc vinyl will arrive with a bonus 7” record that shall contain the bands three new releases.

The new recordings feature the band’s latest member to join the team, Graham Ulicny, formerly of the ever-fun outfit, Reptar.

The comprehensive timeline retrospective is set for release on September 30th, and shall be available for preorder on August 5th.
